Capacity Building
The mission places a strong emphasis on capacity building, enhancing skills through training and knowledge-sharing activities. NUDM regularly conducts virtual sessions sharing good practices for knowledge exchange, annual technical training for empanelled partners, periodic workshops for knowledge dissemination and feedback on standards, regular technical calls to resolve issues of technical teams, etc.
Well-designed self-paced courses cater to this objective, ensuring participants receive training on the national platform – NULP, providing access to a variety of resources, including training modules. The platform and courses undergo continuous updates, ensuring the availability of new resources, information, and technical guidance to meet evolving needs.
