Handholding
The UPYOG is offered as a free-of-cost, microservices based shared Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) with 13 most commonly used reference modules customizable by States/UTs as per their requirements. To facilitate this, NUDM extends constant extensive programmatic and technical support to States and UTs. This includes handholding support and guidance, reference documents, relevant artefacts, fostering standardisation as well as a list of 63 empanelled Industry Partners with resources trained on UPYOG. Initially, NUDM also deployed NUDM Fellows in select states for hands-on support. A model way-forward plan is provided which may be customised by the State/UT as per their needs.
For quick implementation, NUDM has compiled a roster of approved agencies that align with Mission Guidelines and meet all technical requirements for ease of onboarding. With comprehensive and all-encompassing support, the Mission offers full assistance, guiding states right from assistance in preparation of customised RFPs for onboarding agencies to providing one year of complimentary cloud services post-implementation.
